Terms & Conditions

CNS COACHING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Eligibility:

CNS Coaching is open to boys and girls between the ages of 7-15. The participant must be at least 7 years of age or no older than 15 years of age on the first day of the CNS Coaching season.

Insurance:

Public Liability Insurance will cover all CNS Coaching venues but not for Personal Accidents.

Fees:

Once the fees have been received, an email will issue a receipt. The receipt is confirmation of your place on a CNS Coaching Programme. All bookings must be made online before attending one of our programs. 

Medical Consent:

CNS Coaching will not permit any child to participate in any of the CNS Coaching Programmes without a registration form being completed. By signing up to the programme, you give your permission to allow your child to be given medical treatment either by way of first aid by a suitably qualified person or by a doctor. You also consent to your child being taken to a doctor or hospital in case of emergency. CNS Coaching reserves the right to refuse an applicant based on the information provided in the medical consent form. If there is any change to the medical information you provided on your application form, it is the parent's responsibility to inform the CNS Coaching staff through email.

Damages/Injuries/Loss of Possessions:

The CNS Coaching is staffed by accredited UEFA Coaches appointed by CNS Coaching who will implement the highest safety measures. CNS Coaching will not be held responsible for damages, injuries or loss of possessions. We strongly recommend that all valuables be left at home. In CNS Coaching, participants may be asked to assume the position of goalkeeper or play with participants of a different age. The parent/guardian of any child who does not wish their child to assume this position or play with children of a different age must make it known to CNS Coaching before payment is made for the Academy. In the absence of such notification, it shall be deemed that the parent/guardian has consented to their child assuming a goalkeeping position or to playing with children of a different age if requested to do so by a coach.

Conduct:

Participants must follow the instructions of the coaching staff in charge. Misbehaviour or bullying may result in the participant being expelled from the CNS Coaching, and any fees paid will not be refunded. In the interest of safety, participants are not permitted to leave the CNS Coaching during the coaching session times without the written consent of a parent/guardian. If a child is expelled from their CNS Coaching, their parent/guardian will be contacted immediately and appropriate arrangements for the collection of the child will be made should the participant not have parental consent to travel to and from the venue.

Photographic or Video Permission:

All participants in CNS Coaching programs may be used in photographic or video material for promotional purposes by CNS Coaching. If the participating child is under a court order or is in the care of the HSE, the parent/guardian must advise CNS Coaching of this in writing before the commencement of CNS Coaching. Suppose any parent/guardian does not want their child to be photographed or videoed by CNS Coaching for promotional purposes. In that case, the parent/guardian must advise this in writing to the CNS Coaching, 44 Delgany Glen, Greystones, Wicklow, at least 5 days prior to the commencement of the CNS Academy program.

Weather:

CNS Coaching cannot be held accountable for weather conditions. We ask that all participants come prepared. In cases where the weather has affected the condition of the playing surface or is deemed so bad that coaching activities have to be suspended, the coaching staff will be available to supervise the players until such a time it is deemed safe to resume. Should the conditions show no signs of improving, CNS Coaching will contact the parent or guardian to advise them of the suspension of coaching activities if necessary. It will then be of the parent/guardian to make arrangements to collect their child immediately. The coaching staff will supervise all children until they have been collected. This will be a last resort.

Payments:

We ask that payments be made through the methods advised on the CNS Coaching website. All payments made are non-refundable. (unless agreed before purchase) Payments for each program (Camps, Academy, Ball Mastery or any other service offered) should be paid in full or in agreed instalment amount and in advance to CNS Academy through one of the payment options provided. We use Class for Kids, and the online payment method is Stripe.

Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances except with the prior agreement of CNS Coaching. Players missing sessions without giving a minimum of 24 hours notice will not be carried over to another training day and are non-refundable. Where 24 hours is given, players can be invited to train at CNS Coaching on a different day where it suits.

Agreements can be made to carry over sessions into a new block. Agreements are limited to:

1. If a player cannot participate due to serious injury or illness. CNS Coaching may request a medical certificate. These sessions missed, once deemed valid by CNS Coaching staff, will be reduced from the amount owed for the next block.

2. If a player is on holiday, then once notice has been provided 14 days in advance.

Where the notice is given, the missed sessions can be made up through other weekly CNS Coaching training sessions.

Where any special offer rates are advertised for a camp or CNS program, these special offer rates cannot be availed of and used in conjunction with any agreement for carrying over sessions.

A special offer rate is only available when the full amount is paid in full before the commencement of the block.

Where a player decides not to continue onto additional sessions, no money will be refunded. 

Training Kit:

All players must be in the appropriate training kit in the section they are training. The training kit must be purchased online through the shop on the BMC Sports Website, which is supplied in the welcome email. After 6 weeks, the player may be refused entry into the academy until the kit is purchased. Any of the sessions missed will not be refunded, nor will the individual be allowed carry these sessions over into the next block.

Management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time. The version on our website is the most up-to-date version.

 

Camp specific terms and conditions

Weather:

CNS Coaching shall not be accountable should our camp activities be suspended or cancelled due to adverse weather. In cases where the weather has affected the condition of the playing surface or is deemed so bad that coaching activities have to be suspended, the coaching staff will be available to supervise alternative indoor activities, only if the host club or venue can provide such an indoor facility. Please note the vast majority venues cannot provide indoor playing facilities. Should such a facility not be available and the conditions show no signs of improving, CNS Coaching will contact the parent or guardian to advise them of the suspension of coaching activities if necessary. It will then be the responsibility of the parent/guardian to make arrangements to collect their child immediately. The coaching staff will supervise all children until they have been collected.

Cancellations & Camp Transfers:

In exceptional circumstances, it may be possible to facilitate transfer of bookings to alternative dates/venues. If you wish to transfer a booking you must contact a member of the CNS Coaching Team 48 hours before the commencement of the camp on 00353 870639972 or email tellmemore@cnscoaching.ie

Refunds

No refunds are available for any CNS program once a purchase is made, we are happy to offer a transfer to another camp, or credit to an alternative program. If purchasing a CNS playing kit please check sizing before purchasing, as the playing kit will be non-refundable or transferable. In the unlikely event that inclement weather forces the cancellation of the full week’s activities a full refund will be issued. If inclement weather causes only partial cancellation of the week, no refund will be issued. DBS International Academy must be contacted on 00353 870639972 or email tellmemore@cnscoaching.ie in relation to refund queries.

 

CNS Academy Program Payment Terms / Cancellations:

Membership

  • Memberships require a minimum subscription period of two months. If you wish to cancel within this two-month period, a cancellation fee may apply, which will be less than the cost of one month’s membership.
  • The participant or CNS Coaching reserves the right to cancel the membership at any time during the term.

Payments

  • After the initial payment for the CNS Academy Program, the card used for this payment will be automatically charged for future payments.
  • If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, our system will automatically attempt to process the payment in the following days.
  • To cancel a membership, participants must email tellmemore@cnscoaching.ie at least six (6) business days before the next billing date.
  • To change your payment method, please email tellmemore@cnscoaching.ie at least six (6) business days before the next billing date.
  • All payments for the Academy or Ball Mastery Programmes, whether made manually or automatically, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • The participant’s parent(s) and/or guardian(s) are solely responsible for cancelling the participant’s membership at least six (6) business days before the billing date by emailing tellmemore@cnscoaching.ie as described above.

Termination by CNS Coaching

CNS Coaching reserves the right to terminate a participant’s membership at its sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, non-compliance with these terms and conditions, disruptive behaviour, or failure to meet payment obligations. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Suspension Policy

Participants may request a pause of their membership for valid reasons such as health issues or extended travel. Suspension requests must be submitted via email to tellmemore@cnscoaching.ie at least six (6) business days prior to the next billing date and are subject to approval.
